Would Like a shop

i had an idea today for a builder+ rank, the only difference would be more world edit options. i am fully aware that it isn't a big change from builder and i will understand the obvious reasons for dismissing this. But i always wish to access more of the commands. (as a Mod and when i was a builder.)

I know it has been said but I think a server youtube channel would be good.
Also I think it should be harder to make settlements because e.g. Eimaj works very hard on Eimajtown and has done countless time and many players have bought a house but never used it, so they can go off and make their own settlements and I don't think they show much appreciation for all his and other builders work.
These are my opinions of you do not like them then I do not care!
A reasoned argument and constructive criticism is welcome though.

bearing retro's idea in mind maybe to create a settlement on the server a criteria to do so should be introduced, that must be fulfilled?

I recently got the glacier mod for my single player, I'm not sure how adding plugins/mods to servers work but this one would be a very effective method of long distance travel between islands, eg connecting the island with eimajtown to the mainland. https://www.youtube.com/my_videos_edit?ns=1&video_id=AydcdT-iE6I

I have another Idea/Suggestion and it is that Admins and Builders should get more World Edit commands but not Mods and my argument for this is that it would help split the people who just want to build and people who wish to help within the community. The people who apply for Mod and wish to help and work hard will get rewarded after they do prove themselves.

People would just apply for Builder for selfish reasons and pretend to want to help the community.

Same for Mod/Admin.

Most (Denied) builder apps go like this.

"Hai my nam is noob9999999xx360n0sc0p31337iamadminon999servers and i wuld liek biuldar so i can biuld a city wif my frend i cn help wif da servr aswell so plz accept me and i luv dis server pls"

Most people want builder for selfish reasons, Unlike people like Jantey and Eima who deserved it and have infact helped with building a spawn before.

Maybe you have heard of Sethbling. He makes maps and such. He has come out with a pvp map that has some objectives. You capture towers. He calls it somethi like Tower control. I think we should have something like that.
