You can't defend something you don't mention.

I admit it. I don't believe having Nodus itself is banworthy, only what you do with it is - Though, that is a discussion for another time and place.

I'll give an example; If a policemen saw you stealing a bottle of Coke from the shop - Would he walk up to you and hit you across the face with the butt of his gun then shoot you while you were on the ground? No; he would be fair and not break the law himself, while at the same time being respectful and courteous while making his arrest, or just handing out a warning.

While I admit the latter is extreme; it is a perfectly good example. When you make a ban or some other punishment; you still need to not be a 'bad person' yourself.

i wouldn't think that people should be banned for having nodus, only for using it in the server.

He used X-ray and last time I checked... that was NODUS. I also needed to ban him twice for whatever reason.

Just because he Xrayed, does not mean that he used Nodus.

How do we not know Apple didn't spectate or whatever that noclip thingy on NODUS is? He had it, anyone would deny using it, He did /derp and /xray or whatever. And he and his friend pokemon88 where quite glitchy passing through doors and having there character randomly appear in differant places.
