I was putting torches in a dungeon that was beneath my island (lighting up some of it for users who wanted to mine there), and sts requested to tp to me. I accepted, and when he got teleported, he started destroying the tracks. I told him to stop, but instead he just asked "Why?" and kept doing it. Since i don't have /inv, I couldn't get them back so I started attacking him. He warped to spawn, I followed, and finished him off, taking the tracks off of his dead body. He then started complaining to Retro "Omg DPMS killed me at spawn", but Retro understood (he was there to see the chat). I only took the tracks from his dead inventory, but when I dropped his other stuff I picked up, I accidentally dropped a set of my diamond armor. He picked it up and put it on. The rest happened in this image:

Since he left after saying "idc", and didn't return it, it's a ban for:
-Questioning authority
-Continuing to do something after I told him to stop
-Trying to escape returning his stolen/griefed items by tping and leaving game
-Not returning my armor

All of those charges I'd say a one week ban. However, since commands are retarded, I can't ban him while he's not in-game. So yeah...

i would like to reply in that he has his tracks back and i thought the mine was public for resource gathering if a reasonable deabt or punnishment is required ill exept it

a seven day tempban really i think thats unnecessary i didnt even do anything horrible

This should be in "Post banned users here" not "Report a player".

You deserve a week ban, considering you refused to give back diamond armour that you were clearly given by accident, and also taking minecart tracks that don't belong to you.

Yeah it WAS in report a user since he wasn't banned yet, but he rejoined like, 30 mins later and so I got to ban him lol.

hey just checking up when i attempt to join the server it still says u "temporarily banned from server for 7 days" its been saying this the whole time is it counting down?

i was wondering if there was anyway to shorten the ban i would do community service aka building without pay if anyone knows a way for me to earn a shorter ban please reply
