Start a new map?

We had a good run, but I have decided to shut the server down.

Due to the map files being too large - they cannot be put up for download, I'm sorry.

It's been a pleasure playing with you, and thank you for your constant support.

And you are all welcome to join us on the BlazeCraft/SMCS game night, to play with the people you have been playing with in the past months.

EDIT: Reasoning:
We wanted to start a-new as we're losing players and believe starting fresh would be beneficial. Plus there has been considerable landscape greifing, and there is less room for new players to build. We also plan on advertising more soon which would be made easier with a clean slate, however we would like to know other players opinions before proceeding.

New map Again I was getting Back into it D':

:EDIT: I Honestly think people would prefer A budding server Like ours as it isnt Big yet Like In my own experience I have been In completely new servers and it wasn't the same lot less fun but a server at our position Has a decent amount of people(but dropping) and lots of space available Running for around 3 mins will find space And Remember last time we changed map Quite a bit people left Also I find it a bit unessesary causing many people hard times of restarting for reasons that can be fixed Up Maybe a reason for lack of space could be moving spawn away Current players are happy atm (I hope) And If spawn is moved We all keep same Anybody new Will barely know about existing area If you Do go with The (TERRIBLE) new map idea then See if we can remake some old monuments Like a musuem.

I think that it might be ok to have a new map, but i think that vets should get some kind of bonus because we have played for a while and we work very hard to teach new players. I also think because we have played for so long we have alot more advanced things then default players therefore we should have some kind of gift because everytime we reset the map us vets have to start over. - vtcBatman

Mogo, We lost many players but we also got many players with a new map, And starting over again? Its not hard at all you're just overreacting, You can get diamonds on your 2nd night if you try.

i agree but could we have items like are diamond amor and tools given to us if we already have it so it is easier to start over again because it took me forever to get all those diamonds or keep are money ?

Thanks sos the new map is awesome i found a mushroom biome near spawn and i built a small town in a jungle.
